Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. Each artwork is carefully and professionally packaged to ensure it arrives safely, which typically takes 4–5 days before shipment.

The artwork is then shipped via DHL, and as soon as the tracking ID is available, it will be shared with your registered email. 

 Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the artworks, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. Each piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

 However, if your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and artwork so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Each artwork is a one-of-a-kind original, with only a very limited number of prints available. Every piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity verifying its originality.

Collectors also receive a concept card explaining the thought process and inspiration behind the artwork, along with a personal thank-you card.

The artwork is premium packaged and includes the artist’s signature and official seal, ensuring a complete and thoughtful collecting experience.  

To request a custom commission, please fill out the commission request form with your contact details and a brief description of your idea. The artist will respond within 24 hours to discuss your concept, design preferences, interior space, and pricing.

Following the discussion, an initial concept or prototype will be presented based on the agreed direction. Once the concept is approved, the artist will begin creating the artwork while sharing updates throughout the process.

The creation of the artwork typically takes up to 15–16 days, excluding shipping time. Commissioned artworks are treated as exclusive pieces and will not be shared on social media or reproduced as prints unless permission is granted by the collector.
