Artwork & Shipping Information

  • Each artwork is titled, signed, and dated on the reverse, and includes a concept card along with a Certificate of Authenticity verifying its originality.

  • Artworks are unframed and ready to hang, allowing collectors the freedom to frame them according to their personal style.

Packaging

  • Every order is carefully and professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery.

  • Protective glassine paper, bubble wrap, and sturdy cardboard layers are used to safeguard the artwork during transit.

  • A premium custom protective box is used to maintain the safety and integrity of the artwork while traveling.

Shipping

  • Original artworks are typically dispatched within 3–4 working days after the order is placed.

  • All artworks are shipped worldwide via DHL Express for reliable and secure delivery.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment.

International Orders

  • Artworks are shipped from India. International collectors, including customers within the European Union, may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges.

  • These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost.

  • Any applicable charges must be paid by the recipient to allow the delivery of the artwork.

Returns & Order Issues

  • Due to the original nature of the artworks, returns are generally not accepted.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us through the website contact page, and the matter will be reviewed to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.

  • Orders placed with an incorrect address cannot be refunded or replaced once shipped.
